Expeditiously run! The absolute best experience that was relaxing, restoring and peaceful! Don’t let this opportunity pass your lifetime. I promise you it’s a fantastic environment for adults and kids. They have “KID MEMBERSHIPS” for the kids to play. Parents must be present. The food is delicious and healthy! The drinks are energetic before/after workout sessions. There is a sauna room to calm your body. Red light stretch therapy room and ice bath to cool off. Wonderful music!

I am a little bit agitated that I cannot rate this place 10/5… this is my only negative. Positives: I’ve been to some of the fanciest gyms in the world with state of the art technology. Honestly… I’d rather choose to hang out here because it feels like home from a fun-comforting atmosphere, owners that feel like family, and Zoe— a dog that is better encouragement than any personal trainer. And it’s not just for working out. If you want to take care of your health, stress, rejuvenate in any ways… it has it all… or even just to talk with great people. I’m going to come here any time I want to feel good. And honestly if you haven’t tried doing a Cold Plunge-Sauna cycle, search it up. It doesn’t take much but listen to some peaceful music, and after a couple minutes it’ll increase your dopamine and serotonin intake receptors by 300% for the day. Along with improving every part of your health. Healthiness = Happiness

Great gym, been going there for years and have always loved it! Was very convenient to where I worked too and usually went during lunch. With that said, I'm not able to keep going. I used to come here in the early 2000s during my high school and college years. This gym was under a different name at the time and loved the atmosphere. Seeing people around me lifting hard motivated me into reaching my fitness goals. Based on the current reviews, it seems like management is taking care of their members so that always good to hear. I live in the Raleigh area and I’ve been looking for an old gym and can’t find a single one. I’ll swing by your gym next time I’m in the area. Thanks for keeping this gym alive!
